CalGEM to End Hardcopy NTOs

CalGEM issued a Notice to Operators (NTO) last week announcing that they will no longer send NTO’s through hardcopy mail. Moving forward, NTOs will only be published on the Department of Conservation’s website here: https://www.conservation.ca.gov/calgem/for_operators/Pages/NoticetoOperator.aspx
